Please read our policy carefully:

* A complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) is mandatory for any replacement or repair request.
* The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product being checked.
* If the product is received damaged, defective, or not working due to shipping issues, it must be shown clearly in the unboxing video.
* Customers must report the issue immediately after receiving the parcel. Claims made after 24 hours or after the product has been used will not be accepted.
* Requests made after 2–3 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or repair.
* If the claim is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product or repair the product, depending on the issue and product availability.
* Products cannot be exchanged for a different item. Only the same product will be replaced or repaired if the claim is approved.
* Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this policy.
* No replacement, repair, or refund requests will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
